Miles Overview
The 2024 Mazda CX-30 is a subcompact crossover that blends hatchback agility with a raised ride height. It competes with the Honda HR-V, Toyota Corolla Cross, and Kia Seltos, but brings a more premium feel. The CX-30 handles like a smaller car, with quick steering and a composed chassis that makes it fun on back roads. Inside, the cabin is upscale for the class, with soft-touch materials and a clean, driver-focused layout. Cargo space is modest, but the rear seats fold flat to expand utility when needed. The 2.5L I4 makes 227 horsepower and works with the six-speed automatic to deliver strong highway passing power, though fuel economy suffers versus the base engine. Standard all-wheel drive gives it confident all-weather traction, and the firmer suspension tuning keeps body roll in check during cornering.
