Miles Overview
The 2025 M2 is BMW's compact performance coupe, the smallest and most focused M car in the lineup. It's a rear-drive driver's car that rewards smooth inputs, with a playful tail and strong grip. The steering is quick and communicative, and the chassis stays flat through corners. Inside, you get supportive M sport seats and a clean digital cockpit, though rear space is tight. The Base M2 is the purest form of the coupe, with no all-wheel drive or automatic-only options to dilute the rear-drive character. Its 3.0L I6 makes 473 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic to the rear wheels for a lively, tail-happy feel. You get a six-speed manual transmission as standard, which is rare in this class and keeps you fully engaged.
