Miles Overview
The 2011 MKZ is Lincoln's entry-level luxury sedan, the model that competes with the Acura TL and Buick LaCrosse for buyers who want a comfortable, well-equipped daily driver. Inside, the cabin is roomy and well-built, with plush seats that owners love, though the trunk is on the small side for a sedan of this size. Some owners have reported transmission issues and paint flaking on the hood, so it's worth checking those areas on any used example. The Base trim is the straightforward pick for buyers who want Lincoln's comfort without extras; the step up to the AWD model adds traction but costs more and drinks more fuel. This trim comes on standard 17-inch alloy wheels, and the suspension is tuned for a soft, quiet ride rather than any pretense of sportiness.
