Miles Overview
The 2012 SRX is Cadillac's compact luxury crossover, the one that competes with the Lexus RX and BMW X3. It drives smoothly and gets up to speed quickly, with a sport mode that sharpens the throttle response. The front seats are spacious and comfortable, and the cargo area is generous, though the rear seat is more upright and tighter for taller passengers. Standard tech includes Bluetooth, a backup camera, and a touchscreen, with available navigation and a panoramic sunroof. Standard heated leather seats and a power liftgate set the Luxury apart from the base trim below it. The 3.6L V6 makes 308 horsepower and works with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, getting 18 mpg combined. A navigation system with a larger screen was available as an option on this trim.
