Miles Overview
It drives with the commanding presence and smooth ride you expect from a big Cadillac, though the long wheelbase makes it a handful in tight spots. Inside, the cabin is plush with leather and wood trim, and the front seats are genuinely comfortable for long drives. The midgate folds down to extend the bed into the cabin, so you can haul long items while still seating four. The EXT is the pickup-SUV version of the Escalade, with a five-foot bed and a midgate that lets you fold the rear seats flat for longer cargo. Its 6.2L V8 makes 403 horsepower and 417 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, and it returns 14 mpg combined. The EXT rides on a 130-inch wheelbase, which helps smooth out bumps but makes parking and tight turns a deliberate affair.
