Miles Overview
The Sierra 1500 is GMC's full-size pickup, a workhorse that also aims to be a comfortable daily driver. It drives like a proper full-size truck, with a bit of float over bumps at speed, but it's composed and predictable on the highway. Cabin space is generous, especially in crew cab models, and the materials feel sturdy if not luxurious. The Denali is the top Sierra trim, the one you pick when you want the truck's capability with luxury touches the SLT doesn't offer. Under the hood is a 6.2L V8 with an automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, giving you strong acceleration and surefooted traction in slippery conditions. Expect a firmer ride than the base trucks, as the Denali's suspension is tuned for sharper handling at the cost of some comfort over rough roads.
