Miles Overview
This is GMC's full-size pickup, the one that shares its bones with the Silverado but aims for a slightly more upscale feel. On the road, the Sierra feels planted and composed, with steering that's direct enough for a truck its size. The ride is on the firm side when unladen, which is the trade for how well it handles a heavy load. Inside, you get a straightforward cabin with plenty of room up front, and the crew cab offers generous rear legroom. Stepping up to the SLE from the Work Truck adds power windows and locks, cruise control, and a nicer cloth interior, while keeping the same proven V8. Under the hood is a 5.3L V8 with an automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, giving it plenty of grunt for daily driving and towing. This SLE can be had with the Z85 suspension package, which firms up the ride for better handling when you're hauling a load.
