The 2019 Silverado 1500 is Chevrolet's full-size pickup, offered in work-focused trims like the Work Truck and upscale versions like the High Country. It competes head-to-head with the Ford F-150, Ram 1500, and Toyota Tundra in the half-ton truck segment. The Silverado rides with a composed, truck-appropriate feel, and the steering is direct enough for confident highway cruising. Crew cab models offer generous rear-seat space, and the bed is wide and deep for hauling gear. Available tech includes a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus a suite of driver aids. Stepping up to the LTZ from the RST brings leather upholstery, heated and ventilated front seats, and a premium sound system. The 6.2L V8 paired with an automatic transmission and four-wheel drive gives this Silverato plenty of grunt for towing and merging.
