Miles Overview
The Bronco Sport is Ford's compact SUV that brings real off-road capability to the everyday crossover class. It competes with the Jeep Cherokee, Subaru Outback, and Toyota RAV4 TRD Off-Road. The turbo four-cylinder gives the Bronco Sport lively acceleration, and the AWD system handles gravel and snow with confidence. The ride is firm and a bit bouncy on pavement, a trade-off for its off-road-tuned suspension. The boxy body provides generous cargo space and a tall, easy-to-load opening, plus handy interior storage. The standard 1.5L three-cylinder and cloth seats mark the Base as the entry point, while the Big Bend adds alloy wheels and a few convenience upgrades. The 1.5L I3 makes 181 horsepower and pairs with an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, giving it eager around-town response and sure-footed traction in slippery conditions.
