Miles Overview
The HR-V is Honda's smallest SUV, a subcompact that's easy to park in the city but still seats five. It's not quick, but the HR-V handles nimbly and rides smoothly, making it a pleasant commuter. Inside, the HR-V feels surprisingly roomy, with a clever rear seat that folds flat or flips up for tall cargo. Some owners note the ride gets choppy on rough roads, and the infotainment lacks Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Standard all-wheel drive distinguishes the LX from the front-drive LX that stickers for less, giving you extra traction without moving up a trim. The 1.8L I4 makes 141 horsepower and 127 lb-ft of torque, and the automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels; the EPA rates it at 29 mpg combined.
