Miles Overview
The Ram 3500 is a heavy-duty pickup built for serious towing and payload work, slotting above the 1500 in the lineup. It goes head-to-head with the Ford F-350 and Chevrolet Silverado 3500 in the crowded heavy-duty segment. The steering is direct and the brakes feel strong, even when you're hauling a heavy trailer. The cabin is roomy and well-built, with available leather and a large touchscreen that make long hauls more pleasant. The Tradesman is the work-ready base trim, skipping the chrome and leather of a Laramie or Limited to keep the price down. Its 6.4L V8 makes 375 horsepower and pairs with a eight-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, giving you strong pulling power right off the line. Expect vinyl floors and manual windows inside, but you still get a trailer brake controller and a 32-gallon fuel tank standard.
