Miles Overview
The 5500 is Ram's heaviest-duty chassis cab, built for commercial towing and upfitting rather than daily commuting. It feels planted and stable with a heavy load, though the ride is stiff and jouncy when the bed is empty. The interior is more car-like than you'd expect in a class 5 truck, with available leather and a large touchscreen. You can order it as a cab chassis or a cutaway, so it's ready for a flatbed, a box, or a fifth-wheel hitch.
