Miles Overview
The 2500 is Ram's heavy-duty pickup, the one you step up to when a half-ton isn't enough for towing or hauling. It rides like a proper work truck, with a firm, planted feel that shrugs off rough roads and heavy loads. The cabin is roomy and straightforward, with controls that are easy to use even in work gloves. You get a choice of regular, extended, or crew cabs, so you can match the bed and seating to the job. The Laramie Longhorn is the top luxury trim of the 2500, above the Laramie and Big Horn, with premium leather and wood trim inside. It's powered by the 6.7L I6 Cummins diesel, a torquey workhorse that pairs with the automatic transmission and four-wheel drive for serious towing capability.
