Miles Overview
The 2500 is Ram's heavy-duty pickup, the one you step up to when a half-ton isn't enough for towing or hauling. It rides like a proper work truck, with a firm, planted feel that shrugs off rough roads and heavy loads. The cabin is roomy and straightforward, with controls that are easy to use even in work gloves. You get a choice of regular, extended, or crew cabs, so you can match the bed and seating to the job. The Tradesman is the work-ready base trim, so you skip the chrome and convenience features of the Big Horn but save thousands. Its 6.7L I6 pairs with a six-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, giving you strong low-end grunt for pulling heavy trailers off the line. The Tradesman comes with vinyl floors and a rubberized floor covering, so mud and gravel clean out with a hose.
