Miles Overview
The Ram 2500 is the heavy-duty half of Ram's pickup range, built for serious towing and hauling duty. It drives with a planted, confident feel, and the steering is direct enough that you always know where the front wheels are. The ride is firm when unladen, which is the trade-off for the payload capacity, but the cabin stays quiet on the highway. Inside, you get a roomy cabin with a straightforward dashboard, and the available crew cab offers generous rear legroom. The Laramie gives up the Longhorn's premium leather and wood trim, but keeps the same heavy-duty capability and a well-equipped cabin for less money. This trim unlocks Ram's available air suspension, which levels the load automatically and makes hitching a trailer a one-person job.
