Miles Overview
The 2500 is Ram's heavy-duty pickup, built for serious towing and hauling work. It rides like a proper truck, with a firm, truck-like feel that you expect from a heavy-duty model. Inside, the cabin is roomy and comfortable, especially in higher trims like the Laramie and Longhorn. Reliability is generally solid, though some owners have noted electrical gremlins over time. Stepping up to the Laramie from a Big Horn gets you leather-trimmed seats, heated and ventilated fronts, and the larger 8.4-inch Uconnect screen with navigation. The Laramie's available air suspension levels the load and smooths the ride, a rare comfort feature in the heavy-duty class.
