Miles Overview
The 2500 is Ram's heavy-duty pickup, built to tow and haul well beyond what the 1500 can manage. If you're also looking at a Ford F-250 or Chevy Silverado 2500, you're in the right class. It rides like a proper work truck, with a firm feel that's the trade-off for its serious payload and towing capability. The cabin is roomy and straightforward, with higher trims adding leather and a bigger touchscreen. The Big Horn sits above the Tradesman and below the Laramie, adding chrome trim and upgraded cloth upholstery. It uses a 5.7L I8 making 383 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque, paired with a six-speed automatic and four-wheel drive. You can add the RamBox cargo management system, which gives you lockable storage bins built into the bed sides.
