Miles Overview
The 2025 Ram 2500 is a heavy-duty pickup built for serious towing and hauling, slotting above the 1500 in Ram's truck lineup. It competes with the Ford Super Duty and Chevrolet Silverado HD, all vying for buyers who need real workhorse capability. The 2500 drives with the confidence of a truck that knows its job, steering and braking with reassuring stability even when loaded. Inside, the cabin is roomy and well-built, with available leather and a large touchscreen that make long hauls more comfortable. Stepping up to the Laramie adds leather-trimmed seats, a 12-inch touchscreen, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Under the hood is a 6.7L I6 making 370 horsepower, paired with a eight-speed automatic and four-wheel drive. The Laramie also includes a trailer brake controller and a diesel exhaust brake as standard, making it ready for heavy towing from the factory.
