Miles Overview
The 2026 Ram 2500 is a heavy-duty pickup built to tow and haul, competing with the Ford Super Duty and Chevrolet Silverado HD. The diesel delivers strong low-end torque, and the ride is composed for a truck this size, though it can feel heavy over rough roads. Cabin quality ranges from work-ready vinyl in the Tradesman to quilted leather and wood in the Limited, with generous rear-seat space in crew cabs. Bed lengths and cab configurations vary by trim, and the available RamBox adds lockable, drainable storage in the bed walls. The Big Horn drops the Laramie's leather and heated seats but keeps the same crew cab space and towing hardware for thousands less. This one has the high-output Cummins diesel, so there's 430 horsepower and enough low-end grunt to pull a loaded trailer without breaking a sweat. The optional Off-Road Package adds hill descent control and tuned shocks, making it more capable on loose dirt than the standard Big Horn.
