Miles Overview
The 2022 Ram 3500 is the heavy-duty workhorse of the lineup, built for serious towing and hauling duty. It competes directly with the Ford F-350 and Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD in the heavy-duty pickup segment. The 3500 drives with the confidence of a truck that knows its job, steering with a heavy but accurate feel. Expect a firm ride when unloaded, a trade-off for the payload capacity that makes it a true hauler. Inside, the cabin ranges from work-truck simple to luxurious, with available leather, heated seats, and a large touchscreen. A bigger touchscreen, chrome-clad wheels, and a few extra interior niceties set the Big Horn apart from the base Tradesman. The 6.7L I6 makes 370 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, so it pulls heavy loads without strain.
