Miles Overview
The Journey is Dodge's seven-seat crossover, a roomier alternative to the Grand Caravan for families who want an SUV. It drives like a tall wagon, with a smooth ride and light steering that make it easy to maneuver around town. Inside, the big touchscreen controls most features, but the third row is tight for adults and the plastic trim feels cheap. The middle and rear rows fold flat, opening up a lot of cargo space for hauling gear or furniture. The R/T is the sporty one in the lineup, trading the Limited's luxury trim for a firmer suspension and unique styling details. Its 3.6L V6 makes 283 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, giving it confident all-weather grip and decent passing power. The R/T gets its own exhaust tuning and larger brakes, so it sounds a bit meaner and stops with more authority than the other trims.
