Miles Overview
The Journey is Dodge's three-row crossover, a budget-friendly pick for families who need extra seating without the size of a full SUV. It rides smoothly on the highway and handles turns with confidence, though the base engine feels a bit strained on steep hills. Inside, you get a roomy cabin with handy touches like hidden storage under the floor and available built-in coolers in the second row. Owners report few major issues, though some mention a slight transmission slip and a clunking sound on acceleration from a stop. The 3.6L V6 makes 283 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, so it pulls strongly up grades and merges with confidence. The GT's high-performance suspension firms up the ride for better cornering, which is the trade-off for the sharper handling you get.
