Miles Overview
The Journey is Dodge's seven-seat crossover, a roomier alternative to the Grand Caravan without the minivan doors. It rides smoothly and handles predictably, though the base engine feels a bit sluggish when you need to merge quickly. The cabin is comfortable for five, but the third row is tight for adults and best reserved for kids or extra cargo space. The big touchscreen controls most functions, including audio and climate, and it's easy to use while driving. The R/T is the sporty pick for Journey shoppers who want the V6's extra power and a firmer suspension, while the Limited focuses more on luxury touches. Its 3.6L V6 makes 283 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, giving it confident highway passing and all-weather traction at the cost of 19 mpg combined.
