Miles Overview
The RAV4 is Toyota's compact SUV, a practical choice that competes with the Honda CR-V and Ford Escape. It drives with a solid, stable feel and responds well to steering inputs, making it easy to maneuver around town. The cabin is roomy and versatile, with a rear door that swings open and seats that fold flat for hauling large items. Some owners mention annoying squeaks over time, and the side-opening rear door can be tricky in tight parking spots. The Limited is the top RAV4 trim, adding leather upholstery and a power driver seat over the Sport and Standard trims. This Limited pairs a 2.5L I4 making 179 horsepower and 172 lb-ft of torque with a four-speed automatic and four-wheel drive, returning 24 mpg combined.
