Miles Overview
Inside, the cabin is hushed and well-built, with plush seats and a comfortable ride that soaks up road imperfections. The RX 450h is the hybrid version of the RX, and the Base trim is the most affordable way into it, skipping the Luxury and F Sport trims' upgrades. Its 3.5L V6 hybrid makes 270 horsepower and returns 30 mpg combined, so you get strong fuel savings without plugging in, and the CVT keeps things smooth.
