2006 Lexus RX 330 Base

The RX 330 is Lexus's mid-size luxury SUV, the one that practically defined the segment in the mid-2000s. It's a relaxed cruiser that wafts down the road, with a smooth ride that isolates you from most imperfections. Inside, the cabin is a model of quiet comfort, with soft-touch materials and a layout that's easy to live with. Owners consistently praise the RX for its bulletproof reliability, often keeping these SUVs well past 200,000 miles. Front-wheel drive and standard cloth upholstery define the entry-level RX, setting it apart from the 330 trim that adds leather and a power liftgate. Its 3.3L V6 makes 223 horsepower and pairs with a smooth five-speed automatic, giving you relaxed acceleration and 20 mpg combined in real-world driving. Skip the options and you still get a quiet, well-built SUV that costs less upfront than its AWD sibling, though the front wheels can struggle for grip on wet roads.
