Miles Overview
The Corolla is Toyota's compact sedan, the car most people cross-shop with the Civic and the Mazda3. It's easy to drive and simple to operate, with light steering that makes city errands feel effortless. The cabin is straightforward and practical, with a rear seat that folds down to open up the trunk for bulky items. Some owners mention a faint squeak from the driver's seat belt anchor over bumps, but it's easily drowned out by music. The L is the base Corolla, skipping the LE's power locks and cruise control to keep the price down. Its 1.8L I4 pairs with a automatic transmission for front-wheel drive, delivering adequate around-town hustle and excellent fuel economy.
