Miles Overview
The MDX is Acura's three-row luxury SUV, the one families cross-shop against the Lexus RX and BMW X5. It handles like a much smaller vehicle, with sharp steering and brakes that feel reassuringly firm. The ride is smooth and composed, and the front seats are some of the most comfortable you'll find in any SUV. Cabin space is tight for taller folks, especially in the second row, and the third row is best left for kids. The Advance Package is the top trim, adding adaptive dampers and a sportier suspension tune over the Technology model. Its 3.7L V6 makes 300 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque, routed through a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive that feels planted in corners. The Advance Package's adaptive dampers let you switch between comfort and sport modes, sharpening the steering response noticeably.
