Miles Overview
The MDX is Acura's three-row luxury SUV, the one families cross-shop against the Lexus RX and BMW X5. It handles like a much smaller vehicle, with sharp steering and brakes that feel reassuringly firm. The ride is smooth and composed, and the front seats are some of the most comfortable you'll find in any SUV. Cabin space is tight for taller folks, especially in the second row, and the third row is best left for kids. The Advance is the fully loaded MDX, adding features like a blind-spot camera and ventilated front seats that the Technology trim doesn't offer. Its 3.7L V6 makes 300 horsepower and works with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive to deliver confident all-weather traction, though it returns 18 mpg combined.
