2006 Honda Ridgeline RTS

The Ridgeline is Honda's first pickup, a four-door truck with a unibody design that makes it drive more like an SUV than a traditional body-on-frame pickup. It handles exceptionally well for a truck, hugging curves and staying composed on snow and ice, though the ride can feel a bit firm over rough pavement. The bed includes a lockable in-bed trunk that doubles as a cooler, and the rear seats fold up to reveal extra storage, making it surprisingly versatile. Some owners have dealt with airbag recalls and an air conditioner that needs recharging, but the truck generally holds up well with age. The RTS sits between the base RT and the loaded RTL, adding a power driver's seat, heated mirrors, and a six-speaker stereo without jumping to leather or a sunroof. Every Ridgeline gets the same 3.5L V6 making 255 horsepower, a five-speed automatic, and standard all-wheel drive that sends power to all four wheels when traction drops. You get Honda's first-generation i-VTM4 torque-vectoring all-wheel drive that can shuffle power side to side, which helps it feel planted in corners and loose terrain.
