2021 Honda Civic Sport

The 2021 Civic is a compact car available as a sedan or hatchback, competing with the Toyota Corolla, Mazda3, and Volkswagen Golf. The Civic is known for its sharp steering and composed chassis, making it one of the more engaging cars in its class. The cabin is roomy for the class, with a spacious back seat and a trunk that's generous for a compact, though the hatchback adds versatility. Standard Honda Sensing includes adaptive cruise control and collision mitigation braking, and most trims offer Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Civic has a strong reliability record, with owners reporting few issues beyond occasional infotainment glitches and Bluetooth dropouts. Gloss black 18-inch wheels, a decklid spoiler, and fog lights set the Sport apart from the LX below it. The 2.0L I4 makes 158 horsepower and pairs with a CVT that helps it earn 32 mpg combined. Paddle shifters let you step through simulated ratios, but the ride is firmer than the EX's, which is the trade for the sharper look.
