Miles Overview
The XTS is Cadillac's full-size front-drive sedan, the one with the big back seat and a trunk that swallows luggage like a limo's. It's a smooth, quiet cruiser that wafts down the highway, and the ride stays composed even on rough pavement. The cabin is plush with real wood and leather, and rear passengers get limo-like legroom plus their own climate controls. Owners mention the CUE touchscreen can occasionally glitch and need a restart, and the mirrors are a bit small for a car this size. Magnetic Ride Control and the larger CUE screen with navigation set the Premium apart from the Luxury trim below it. The 3.6L V6 makes 304 horsepower and routes through a six-speed automatic to all four wheels, good for 20 mpg combined. Only the Premium offers the available Driver Awareness package with automatic braking and lane keep assist.
