Miles Overview
The XTS is Cadillac's full-size front-drive sedan, a comfortable cruiser that competes with the Lincoln MKS and Lexus ES. It's tuned for smooth, relaxed progress rather than sporty responses, so it feels heavy when you push it hard. Inside, the cabin is genuinely luxurious, with plush leather, a roomy back seat, and a deep trunk that swallows luggage. The CUE touch-screen system controls most functions, and while it's responsive, it can occasionally glitch and need a restart. The Luxury trim skips the Premium's upgraded audio and adaptive cruise control, but keeps the same 3.6L V6 and adds real leather seating. With all-wheel drive and 304 horsepower, this XTS feels planted in rain or snow, though the six-speed automatic can be slow to kick down. The Luxury trim's standard Magnetic Ride Control reads the road every millisecond, keeping the big sedan composed on rough pavement.
