Miles Overview
The XTS is Cadillac's full-size front-drive sedan, a comfortable cruiser that competes with the Lincoln MKS and Lexus ES. It's tuned for smooth, relaxed progress rather than sporty responses, so it feels heavy when you push it hard. Inside, the cabin is genuinely luxurious, with plush leather, a roomy back seat, and a deep trunk that swallows luggage. The CUE touch-screen system controls most functions, and while it's responsive, it can occasionally glitch and need a restart. The Luxury trim sits above the base XTS and below the Premium, adding leather seats and a power sunroof. Its 3.6L V6 makes 304 horsepower and drives the front wheels through a six-speed automatic, which is smooth but never urgent. The Luxury trim's standard Magnetic Ride Control soaks up bumps without the floaty feel of a base suspension.
