Miles Overview
This is the fourth-generation Camaro, Chevy's rear-drive pony car that goes up against the Mustang and Firebird. The Camaro feels eager and responsive, with a strong engine that makes it genuinely quick in a straight line. The ride is firm and the cabin lets in road noise, but the supportive seats make long drives bearable. It's a two-door with a small, oddly shaped trunk, though the rear seats fold down to open up extra cargo space. The Z28 is the do-it-all Camaro for anyone who wants the V8 power without stepping up to the range-topping SS. Its 5.7L V8 pushes this convertible with real authority, and the standard rear-wheel drive lets you steer with the throttle. This convertible trades some chassis stiffness for open-air thrills, so expect the body to shake over bumps more than a coupe would.
