Miles Overview
The 2016 Ford Edge is a midsize two-row SUV that slots between the Escape and Explorer in Ford's lineup. It competes with the Nissan Murano, Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and Chevrolet Equinox. The Edge handles confidently for its size, with composed body control and responsive steering. Inside, the cabin is roomy and quiet, with comfortable seats and a spacious cargo area. Available tech includes Ford's SYNC infotainment, a hands-free liftgate, and driver-assist features like blind-spot monitoring. The six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive put that power down smoothly, and you'll feel the torque from low revs.
