Miles Overview
The 2011 Challenger is Dodge's retro-styled muscle coupe, the one that brings back the '70s look with modern performance. It's a big, heavy car, but the steering is direct and the ride is composed, making it a surprisingly easy daily driver. The cabin is roomy up front with wide, comfortable seats, though the back seat is tight and the trunk lid is heavy to lift. Owners mention the big blind spots and a few electrical gremlins, like the dash losing power now and then. The SE is the base Challenger, swapping the R/T's V8 for the smooth 3.6L I6 that still makes 305 horsepower. Its 3.6L I6 makes 305 horsepower and pairs with a five-speed automatic, which returns a respectable 21 mpg combined thanks to less weight and fewer cylinders.
