Miles Overview
The Frontier is Nissan's mid-size pickup, a straightforward workhorse that competes with the Tacoma and Colorado. It's a truck that feels honest and capable, with a ride that's a bit firm but composed on the highway. The cabin is functional but dated, with a back seat that's snug for adults and cloth seats that stain easily. Owners mention the gas mileage is thirsty for a mid-size, and a few have had minor electrical gremlins early on. The SV sits between the base S and the off-road PRO-4X, giving you the 4.0L V6 with four-wheel drive without the PRO-4X's extra kit. The SV's four-wheel drive with a low range gives you real trail capability, but the ride is firm and the cabin is basic, so expect a work-truck feel.
