2016 Nissan Titan XD SV

The Titan XD is Nissan's heavy-duty pickup, built to sit between a half-ton and a three-quarter-ton truck. It rides like a much bigger truck than the standard Titan, with a firm, truck-like feel that suits towing and hauling. The cabin is roomy and straightforward, with big, easy-to-use controls and plenty of space for adults in the crew cab. You get a real workhorse here, with a strong payload and towing capability that makes it a genuine alternative to the big three. The SV sits in the middle of the Titan XD range, above the S and below the SL and Platinum Reserve, and it's the trim most buyers pick for the right balance of price and features. Under the hood is the turbodiesel 5.0L I8 with an automatic transmission and four-wheel drive, which gives you strong low-end grunt for towing and a surprisingly quiet highway cruise. If you're planning to tow heavy loads, the SV's available integrated trailer brake controller and rearview camera make hooking up and backing down a ramp noticeably easier.
