Miles Overview
The Frontier is Nissan's compact pickup, a straightforward workhorse that competes with the Tacoma and Colorado. The ride is on the firm side, which is the trade for how well it handles a load. Crew cab models seat five, but the rear seat is snug for adults, and the interior uses some hard plastics. The SE splits the difference between the base XE and the top Nismo, adding power windows, cruise control, and a better stereo. Its 4.0L I6 makes 261 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque, paired with a five-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, good for 17 mpg combined. The SE's optional Value Truck Package adds a spray-in bedliner, bed extender, and tow hitch, making it more ready for work.
