Miles Overview
The 2024 Altima is Nissan's midsize sedan, a comfortable and efficient alternative to the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. The Altima handles with a composed, predictable feel, and its steering is well-weighted for daily driving. Inside, the cabin offers supportive Zero Gravity seats and a straightforward layout with available dual-zone climate control and a sunroof. The Altima's reputation is generally solid, though the continuously variable transmission has drawn some criticism over the years. The Platinum is the top Altima, adding leather upholstery, a 9-speaker Bose audio system, and a surround-view camera over the SL.
