Miles Overview
The 2023 Altima is Nissan's mid-size sedan, offering a comfortable, fuel-efficient alternative to the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. The Altima's steering is light and direct, and its suspension absorbs most road imperfections, making it a relaxed highway cruiser. Inside, the cabin is roomy and quiet, with supportive Zero Gravity seats and a straightforward infotainment system that includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Standard safety tech includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot warning, and rear cross-traffic alert across the lineup. The SV sits above the base S and adds all-wheel drive, making it the sensible choice for wet or snowy roads without jumping to the pricier SL. Its 2.5L I4 makes 182 horsepower and pairs with a continuously variable automatic (CVT) and all-wheel drive, delivering a smooth, efficient ride that earns 30 mpg combined. The SV rides on 17-inch machined aluminum wheels and includes Nissan Safety Shield 360 as standard, so you get the key safety tech without extra cost.
