Miles Overview
The 2019 Altima is Nissan's midsize sedan, offered in six trims from the S to the Platinum, with front- or all-wheel drive. It squares off against the Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and Mazda6 in the family-sedan segment. The standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder delivers adequate acceleration, but the Altima's real strength is its composed, predictable handling. Inside, the Altima features the brand's famously comfortable zero-gravity seats and a roomy rear seat that easily fits adults. Available tech includes a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus Nissan's Safety Shield 360 suite of driver aids. The SR sits above the S and SV trims, adding the sporty touches you're after without jumping to the SL or Platinum luxury grades.
