Miles Overview
The 2023 Altima is Nissan's mid-size sedan, offering a comfortable, fuel-efficient alternative to the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. The Altima's steering is light and direct, and its suspension absorbs most road imperfections, making it a relaxed highway cruiser. Inside, the cabin is roomy and quiet, with supportive Zero Gravity seats and a straightforward infotainment system that includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Standard safety tech includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot warning, and rear cross-traffic alert across the lineup. Stepping up to the SR from the SV gets you 19-inch wheels, a sport-tuned suspension, and the sharper-looking dark chrome grille. The 2.5L I4 works through the continuously variable automatic (CVT) to return 27 mpg city, though the CVT drones under hard throttle. Paddle shifters let you hold a gear, and the sport-tuned suspension firms up the ride without ruining the Altima's easy highway manners.
