Miles Overview
The Maxima is Nissan's flagship sedan, a front-drive four-door that aims to feel sportier than the typical family hauler. The cabin is cozy and the seats are famously comfortable, but front-seat legroom can feel tight for taller drivers. Owners report few mechanical issues, with most complaints centering on the transmission's character rather than breakdowns. The S is the no-frills Maxima for buyers who want the V6 without the leather or sunroof; the SV adds those niceties if you need them.
