2010 Lincoln MKS EcoBoost

The MKS is Lincoln's full-size sedan, a cushy American cruiser that goes up against the Lexus ES and Buick LaCrosse. It rides like a proper Lincoln, soaking up bumps with a soft, floaty feel, though the handling is more about comfort than carving corners. Inside, you get a roomy cabin with a big trunk, but some of the plastics feel a bit cheap for a luxury car. The Sync system with its touchscreen can be finicky, but the available massaging seats and dual sunroofs are nice touches. A 3.5L V6 with 355 horsepower and standard all-wheel drive set the EcoBoost apart from the base MKS. The 3.5L V6 pairs with a six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive, delivering 355 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque for strong highway passing, though fuel economy is 20 mpg combined. The EcoBoost's extra power comes with a firmer suspension tune that still keeps the ride comfortable, just less floaty than the base car.
