Miles Overview
The 2014 MKS is Lincoln's full-size sedan, the one that shares its bones with the Ford Taurus but wears a more distinctive, upscale look. The MKS is a comfortable cruiser, and with the available EcoBoost engine it has serious punch for merging and passing. The ride is soft and quiet, the kind that soaks up highway miles, and the seats are genuinely supportive for long trips. Inside, there's plenty of room for four adults and a big trunk, though the cabin can feel a bit confining despite its size. Standard all-wheel drive sets the MKS apart from the front-drive Base model, giving you extra grip in rain or light snow. Its 3.7L V6 makes 305 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic, which is smooth and responsive enough for daily driving but not as quick as the EcoBoost. The trade-off for the extra traction is a slight hit to fuel economy, with 21 mpg combined from the EPA.
