Miles Overview
The 2012 MKS is Lincoln's full-size sedan, a comfortable cruiser that shares its bones with the Ford Taurus but wears a more upscale look. With the available EcoBoost engine, the MKS has strong acceleration, though it's not as nimble as some rivals in tight corners. Inside, the cabin offers plenty of room and a big trunk, but some materials feel less premium than the price suggests. The MyLincoln Touch system can be frustrating to use, but features like heated and cooled seats and a sunroof add comfort. Stepping up to the MKS from the base model gets you the standard 3.7L V6 with 275 horsepower, plus a more premium interior and a longer list of comfort features. The 3.7L V6 and six-speed automatic make this MKS a relaxed highway cruiser, with 20 mpg combined that's reasonable for a full-size sedan.
