Miles Overview
The Civic is Honda's compact car, offered as a coupe or a sedan for 2000. The cabin feels roomier than the exterior suggests, though rear headroom is tight for tall passengers. Owners report this generation is reliable and easy to work on, with affordable parts and plenty of online guides. The Si is the sporty Civic, sitting above the LX, VP, and EX with a more powerful engine and a tighter suspension. Its 1.6L I4 makes 160 horsepower and pairs with a five-speed manual, sending power to the front wheels through a limited-slip differential.
