Miles Overview
The Civic is Honda's compact car, offered as a coupe or a sedan for 2000. The cabin feels roomier than the exterior suggests, though rear headroom is tight for tall passengers. Owners report this generation is reliable and easy to work on, with affordable parts and plenty of online guides. Its 1.6L I4 makes 127 horsepower and pairs with a four-speed manual, which keeps the coupe feeling eager around town while sipping fuel at a reasonable rate. The EX coupe came with a standard moonroof, a nice perk that the LX and VP don't offer.
